The ELIXIR Luxembourg Data Catalogue is the entry point for finding information about datasets available through ELIXIR Luxembourg. It can be searched by projects, studies, or datasets to help identify relevant data of interest.

Once a dataset has been identified, its catalogue entry provides detailed information and, where applicable, a direct path to requesting access.

Dataset Information

Each dataset is enriched with metadata describing, for example:

  • Experiment type
  • Sample types collected
  • Diagnosis or disease represented in samples
  • Restrictions on use

The catalogue indicates whether a dataset is available in open acces or subject to approval beforehand. If access is restricted, approval process is neccessary upon requesting access.
