Overview

At ELIXIR Luxembourg, the process of accessing data ensures both usability and compliance with relevant regulations. Our platform allows access to both open access and controlled-access data (please see Data access levels). Depending on the access model, the process entails:

• Discovery – Discovery of available datasets through the Data Catalogue
• Requesting access – Request data while providing additional information.
• Access request review – Wait for the data access request decision.
• Legal agreement – Sign standardized Data Use Agreement.
• Access and Analyses – Download the data or access it directly within our platform.
• Renewal & Closure – Extend you access or confirm your project is over.
