Publication and Overview
Once all required documentation has been collected and the Hosting and Processing Agreement is concluded, your dataset will be published and made discoverable in the ELIXIR Luxembourg Data Catalogue.
The data catalogue is a translational resource, developed and used in IMI projects, and designed to support broad research reuse.

Catalogue Item Details
Each dataset is assigned a unique accession number, which serves as its persistent identifier within the catalogue.
Every dataset entry in the catalogue displays comprehensive metadata, including:
- Provenance: Project and study of origin
- Scientific Metadata: Disease area, type of originating samples, and other relevant attributes
- Technical Metadata: Dataset size, number of files, formats
- Use Conditions: Access level, restrictions, and permitted uses

- Data Dictionaries
- Supporting documentation (e.g., consent forms, cohort information, ethics approvals)
